Where To Buy
Sandbox Helmets offers online shopping in Canada and USA. If you would like to place an order from another country, please email us at info@sandboxland.com and we will do our best to help you out.

Sandbox Helmets has authorized retailers around the world. To find your nearest authorized dealer where you can check out all of our helmets and get hands on advice, make sure you take a look at our Store Locator.
Shipping & Delivery
Canada Post, USPS or Royal Mail. For larger orders we try to use well known parcel carriers such as FedEx, UPS, Parcel Force, DHL or others.

Shipping times vary by location but we aim to deliver most orders within 2-7 days from the date of dispatch.
Orders are only processed Monday-Friday and will not be processed on weekends or public holidays. We aim to process all orders within 48 hours but during peak season this can be longer.
Unfortunately we are currently unable to accept collections from our warehouses.
If you are unavailable at your address when your order is delivered our couriers will either leave the parcel in a safe space (if this is possible) or leave you with a delivery card. Follow the instructions on the card to arrange a pickup or future delivery.
We can ship to any address (excluding PO Boxes) so if you won't be home for a delivery we would recommend getting your order shipped to a work address, friend or family member.
We carefully package all of our orders with sufficient protection to ensure its safe arrival with you.
Yes, we ship all orders using trackable services. Once your order has been despatched you will receive your tracking number by email.
We currently have online stores for Canada and the USA only. For all other regions please check out our Store Locator to find your nearest authorized dealer.
Returns
We accept returns on products up to 30 days after you have received them. All items returned must be in their original condition with their original packaging in order to receive a refund.
All return shipping costs must be paid for by the customer and original shipping charges are not included in any refunds provided.

As soon as we have received your return we will process a refund minus any original shipping charges. Refunds are usually processed the same day but depending on your card issuer can take a few days to appear on any statements.
We recommend using a trackable service so that you can see when we have received your return. We also recommend choosing a service that provides an adequate level of insurance in the event of any loss or damage in transit.
Warranty
Sandbox warrants all products sold to be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.
If you purchased your board from an authorized Sandbox dealer then please return the product to them to begin a warranty claim.

Issues caused by neglect, damage, modification or misuse are not covered under warranty. For full warranty guidelines please see our Warranty Page.
We love our planet and want to be able to keep riding fresh powder for decades to come. Because of this we have an environmentally aware warranty policy. Sandbox reserves the right to repair any defective product before issuing a replacement or a credit.
If a repair is not possible then a suitable replacement product will be issued. If a suitable replacement is not available then a credit note will be issued to the value of the original purchase.

We aim to respond to all email enquires within 24 hours but during busy periods responses may take longer. Our customer service advisors operate 9-5 PST Mon-Fri (excluding public holidays) and are currently available in English only. Enquiries in other languages may be passed over to our international distributors. Emails received outside of our working hours will be responded to during the next available working hours.
