Customer service very inadequate

The customer service is terrible. I ordered one for a Christmas present, however, it was too small. I’ve been trying to get a return started for almost 2 weeks and haven’t gotten a response, despite filling in the return process on the website and sending several emails. I just want to exchange it for a larger size and the skiing season will likely be finished before I get any response. I’m very disappointed.

Helmet Great, Customer Service Not so Much

I wanted to leave a great review but I’ve had an issue. I bought 2 helmets for Christmas but one doesn’t fit and needs to be returned. I have sent 3 requests over the last 2 weeks to try and get the return instructions but have received no response whatsoever. Not even, ‘we’re busy, we’ll get back to you soon’. When you shop ‘local’ you expect better. The new era of customer service is not great. Definitely frustrating.

Helmets run small and customer service sucks

I bought my son a Medium helmet (normally his size) it ran small. I then tried to exchange it,but have tried 3 times and gotten no response. He had a trio planned to Mammoth so I ordered a Large which is working great.
Still no response on the return and refund on the medium. At this point I think the cusomer service just sucks.
