This is the 3rd Sandbox Helmet i have bought so far and this one will replace a Classic Snow 1.0. This updated version takes everything i loved about the original and improves on it. Great Helmet for the price and nice to be able to choose between the FIT and the MIPS system for an added level of protection.

Customer service very inadequate

The customer service is terrible. I ordered one for a Christmas present, however, it was too small. I’ve been trying to get a return started for almost 2 weeks and haven’t gotten a response, despite filling in the return process on the website and sending several emails. I just want to exchange it for a larger size and the skiing season will likely be finished before I get any response. I’m very disappointed.
