Supurb comfort and safety - a little trouble with finish

This is our second sandbox lid for our kid. He wore the first one for 3 years and I believe that helmet saved us many serious injuries. It finally broke so we replaced with another of the same. Happy with the safety and fit (love the front beak - seriously the best part) but one week in he took a tumble (on his bike-we use for skiing too) and smashed the front beak pretty good and the black finish is flaking off real bad. Still would totally buy again! I can't wait til his nog is big enough for a matte camo!
