Disappointed

Uncomfortable fit. I want to return it but wore it once to try it out.

Impossible to return

I ordered the wrong size helmet online. I’ve sent several emails requesting how to return it and have even purchased one in the next size up (which I am to understand may also need to be returned for a larger size. I have had zero response and it is coming up on my 30 day return date. Very frustrated because my kid is off the hills until he has a proper fitting helmet wasting his seasons ski/board pass.

First time ordering

Everything was great. Next time my guys need helmets there’s no doubt Sandbox will be my first stop
